The Capital Restaurant


With its Art Deco style and drawings by Picasso and Dali taken from David Levin’s own collection, the hotel’s The Capital restaurant offers a unique atmosphere. Eric Chavot offers innovatory cuisine that has been hailed by the world’s most demanding critics.
The outstanding cellar features wines from David Levin’s own vineyards in the Loire valley. The restaurant has two Michelin stars.
