The composer is Alain Ducasse, the conductor, Franck Cerutti. The works are concertos for flavors, suites for fragrances, quartets for scents, minuets of aromas and gastronomic symphonies. A theme combining traditional and modern influences dominates all the compositions with simple notes and tones that vary with the seasons.
