This historic restaurant is the jewel in the Réserve’s crown and has been awarded two stars in the Michelin Guide and 17/20 in Gault Millau.
In the period setting, which is illuminated by large bay windows, or on its panoramic terrace overlooking the sea, discover original, creative, light cuisine that skillfully enhances local ingredients and seafood.

Le Vent Debout – Lunch time
This restaurant takes its name from the ship that crossed between Nice and Beaulieu in the 19th century. It is adjacent to the swimming pool and the Réserve’s private port.
